Bishop Dr. Rowan Edwards is a servant of God with a passion for souls. He operates in the five-fold ministry and has been the chief architect behind many transforming social and spiritual activities in the Island of Jamaica including:

•  Founder of the Lighthouse Worship Centre -1 Garbally Drive, Spanish Town which has over 36 active ministries geared towards building the total man

• Bishop of the Lighthouse Ministries in Jamaica.

Bishop Edwards has been married to Pastor Janet Edwards for over 40+ years. They have three children namely Rohan, Jermaine and Petgaye and five grandchildren. He holds a BSc. Degree in Theology from Beacon University, a Masters of Arts in Theology from Canon University and a Doctoral Degree by Canon University out of New York.

Bishop Edwards has traveled extensively across the world ministering on the continents of Africa, Europe, USA, Egypt, Israel, Canada as well as several other Caribbean Territories

Apostle Kevin Marshall is a young dynamic man who has yielded his life to the service of the great God and Creator of the Universe. His Christian journey started at the age of 26, under the leadership of Pastor Lester Carter. His zeal was later captured, nurtured and groomed with the guidance of Bishop Francis Harris who took him to Trinidad on his first missionary trip. 

With God’s hand upon his life he undertook further apostolic training both in Barbados and Dallas, Texas. On completion of his training he went on to minister across the nations of the Caribbean, the USA, Vancouver, Canada and Uganda, Africa.

Another notable highlight in his ministry came when he spoke at “The National Honor Thy Father” service where internationally acclaimed gospel singer Jonathan Nelson was the featured artiste. Also, during the African ministry trip he was featured on Urban TV and NTV stations in Uganda. He would encapsulate all of this by saying, “All to the glory of our Great God."

Apostle Kevin is a pray warrior and mighty intercessor. He walks in a grace that develops strong and powerful intercessory bodies as he is very strategic in spiritual warfare. This man of power and purpose is humble, yet electrifying and a highly sought after speaker.  Prior to his official elevation to the office of the Apostle on August 14th, 2022, he flowed as an ordained prophet of God and is the Founder and Pastor of Prophetic Prayer Protocol Ministries International.

Apostle Kevin is the loving husband of Prophetess Cheriann Marshall and is the father of their children.

Prophetess Cheriann Marshall grew up in the Parish of St. Michael in Barbados, West Indies. She attended local area public schools and then went on to The Coleridge and Parry Secondary School. In the year 2010 she met her former Pastors Apostle Tyrone Casey and Pastor Lyn Casey who spoke prophetically over her life. Shortly after she accepted Christ into her heart and soon later joined The Book of Life Apostolic ministry . 

In 2013 she joined The United Holy Bible School where she studied for three years and received a Diploma in Theology. Recognizing and nurturing the anointing and calling upon her life Apostle and Dr. Lyn Casey ordained her as Minister on November 30th 2014, and later installed her as Pastor on July 23rd 2017. 

Prophetess Cheriann - officially elevated to the office of the Prophetess on August 14th, 2022 - is the wife of Apostle Kevin Marshall and the Co-Pastor of Prophetic Prayer Protocol Ministries International. She is an exceptional gift to the body of Christ and the spiritual Daughter of Bishop Dr. Rowan Edwards (of The Light House Assemblies located in Jamaica) and also the founder of Women of Resilience Ministry. 

In addition to serving in her local Church, she also was given the opportunity to share the gospel in other churches, seminars, conferences, to inmates in the prison, patients in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and her voice was also echoed on 97.5 FM on a program called "Conversations with Vere."

Her involvement in a variety of ministerial endeavors prepared her to embrace lost souls and minister to the whole individual regardless of challenges or limitations. The work of the Lord has always been first and foremost in her heart as she passionately pursues the mandate that has been given to her. 

Her ultimate desire is to see people fully embrace God’s love and to walk in victory and power while experiencing the fullness of God’s presence.
