Prophetess Cheriann Marshall grew up in the Parish of St. Michael in Barbados, West Indies. She attended local area public schools and then went on to The Coleridge and Parry Secondary School. In the year 2010 she met her former Pastors Apostle Tyrone Casey and Pastor Lyn Casey who spoke prophetically over her life. Shortly after she accepted Christ into her heart and soon later joined The Book of Life Apostolic ministry . 

In 2013 she joined The United Holy Bible School where she studied for three years and received a Diploma in Theology. Recognizing and nurturing the anointing and calling upon her life Apostle and Dr. Lyn Casey ordained her as Minister on November 30th 2014, and later installed her as Pastor on July 23rd 2017. 

Prophetess Cheriann - officially elevated to the office of the Prophetess on August 14th, 2022 - is the wife of Apostle Kevin Marshall and the Co-Pastor and Co-Visionary of Prophetic Prayer Protocol Ministries International. She is an exceptional gift to the body of Christ and the spiritual daughter of Bishop Dr. Rowan Edwards (of The Light House Assemblies located in Jamaica) and also the founder of Women of Resilience Ministry. 

In addition to serving in her local Church, she also was given the opportunity to share the gospel in other churches, seminars, conferences, to inmates in the prison, patients in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and her voice was also echoed on 97.5 FM on a program called "Conversations with Vere."

Her involvement in a variety of ministerial endeavors prepared her to embrace lost souls and minister to the whole individual regardless of challenges or limitations. The work of the Lord has always been first and foremost in her heart as she passionately pursues the mandate that has been given to her. 

Her ultimate desire is to see people fully embrace God’s love and to walk in victory and power while experiencing the fullness of God’s presence.
